But as love and pride of country are not subject to sex limitations, and in view of woman's increasing importance as a political and social factor, it is quite a matter of course that patriotic sisterhoods should arise to impress upon the young and old of our land those lessons of liberty first taught in "the times which tried women's souls as well as men's."
