Zusammenfassung:Highlights • Prevalence of Orthostatic Hypotension among Singapore older adults was 7.8%. • Adults in the oldest age group (85 + ) were 2.33 times likely to have orthostatic hypotension than those in the younger age group (60-74). • Older adults with Hypertension were 3.03 times likely to have orthostatic hypotension than those who do not have hypertension. • Older adults with dementia indicated a significantly higher probability of having orthostatic hypotension than those with normal cognition.
