Effect of CLU and PICALM polymorphisms on AD risk: A study from south India

Highlights • Our results confirmed significant association of APOE ε4 carrier status with AD. • No association was observed for the CLU and PICALM loci tested and AD. • It is the first study to examine two AD candidate genes ( CLU, PICALM ) in Indian population.
