Zusammenfassung: | The calculation model of insertion force for slash spring contact based on simply supported beam theory is established, and the validity of the model is improved by experiment and simulation. Further, the each key design parameter of slash spring contact redefined the center values and tolerance allocation by parameter design and tolerance design based on the robust design principle. The quality characteristic distribution of insertion force obtained by assembling a certain amount of the contacts based on the Monte Carlo thought, the contacts which before and after optimization selected to test the insertion force. The quality characteristic distribution of before and after optimization shows that the pass rate of insertion force has been optimized greatly by comparison. |
