Zusammenfassung:RNA silencing or RNA interference in plants and animals plays essential roles in cellular defense against viral infection and abnormally expressed genes in a sequence-specific manner [1]. In the plants infected by RNA viruses, viral replicative intermediates, double-stranded RNAs (dsRNAs), are formed and cleaved into small interfering RNA (siRNA) by Dicer-like (DCL) proteins [2].
