Transient neonatal myasthenia gravis due to a mother with ocular onset of anti-muscle specific kinase myasthenia gravis

Highlights • TNMG born to mothers with seronegative MG could be MuSK positive. • Neonatal surveillance should be offered in all mothers with possible MG. • In pregnant women, MuSK antibody should be considered if AchR antibody is negative.
