Zusammenfassung:For evaluation of the efficiency of bone substitute, nanostructurized Gamalant-paste-FORTEPlus was placed into a mandibular defect in rats. Bone tissue reparation was evaluated after 30 days by histological methods under a microscope. Use of bone substitute in experimental mandibular defect ensured more complete and rapid restructuring of the bone tissue in comparison with the control (natural healing).
