Zusammenfassung:The conditions for sensitive and selective determination of tetracyclines in milk in the form of their complexes with Mg 2+ via the HPLC method with post-column derivatization and fluorescence detection are found. It is shown that the fluorescence of tetracycline-Mg 2+ complexes in microemulsions is 1.8 times more intense than that in aqueous acetonitrile medium. The detection limits of tetracycline, oxytetracycline, and doxycycline are 5, 8 and 25 ng mL –1 , respectively.
