Zusammenfassung:ABSTRACT IN TURKISH: Gunumuzde artan rekabet nedeni ile orgutlerin diger orgutlere ustunluk saglayabilmelerinde orgut ici faktorlerin duzeltilmesinin onemi gundeme gelmeye baslamistir. Duygusal zeka kavraminin oneminin anlasilmasi ile duygusal zekanin kisisel, toplumsal ve orgutsel anlamda bir guc oldugu kabul edilmistir. Duygusal zeka, calisanlarin da motivasyonunu onemli olcude etkileyebilecektir. Bununla birlikte, orgutlerin korkulu ruyasi olan calisanlarin isten ayrilma niyeti ise bu sayede onlenmeye calisilacaktir. Orgutler sunu cok iyi bilmektedir ki; calisanlar tatmin oldugu surece orgut, verimli olup istenilen seviyeye gelebilecektir. Bu calismada, calisanlarin duygusal zeka duzeylerinin isten ayrilma niyetlerine etkileri uzerinde durulmustur. // ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: Nowadays, due to the increasing competition superiority to other organizations, the importance of the correction factors within the organization has begun to appear. After understanding the importance of the concept of emotional intelligence, emotional intelligence is considered to be a power of personal, social and organizational sense. Emotional intelligence could significantly affect the motivation of the employees. Besides, the biggest nightmare of the organizations, their employees' intention of leaving their jobs, is going to be suppressed in this way. Organizations know well that, if the employees are satisfied, the organization will be efficient and able to come to the desired level.
