Zusammenfassung: | Magnetoelectric hysteresis behavior for four particulate multiferroic composites with different coercivities of magnetic hysteresis loops has been investigated, and the results show that the magnetoelectric hysteresis are deeply affected by the bias magnetic field and test period. The bias magnetic field dependence of ME hysteresis loops is associated with magnetic hysteresis loops, and the sample with large coercivity of magnetic hysteresis loops has high coercive field of magnetoelectric hysteresis loops. The test time hysteresis caused by fast varying bias magnetic field can be eliminated by prolonging test period. These findings provide some ideas not only for practical applications but also for the examination of magnetoelectric effect. |
