Zusammenfassung: | The dielectric properties of 3D nanocomposites based on opal matrices containing the particles of compounds with spinel structure have been studied. Microwave measurements have been carried out in the frequency range from 26 to 38 GHz. The frequency dependences of transmission and reflection coefficients are obtained. The values of the real and imaginary parts of complex dielectric permittivity have been retrieved. The X-ray phase analysis of the nanocomposites is performed and their structures are studied. |
