Zusammenfassung:MgO-Cr sub(2) O sub(3)-ZrO sub(2) bricks were prepared by impregnated MgO-Cr sub(2) O sub(3) refractory into ZrOC1 sub(2)[middot]8H sub(2) O solution in vacuum condition. Then the properties of MgO-Cr sub(2) O sub(3)-ZrO sub(2) bricks were researched in this study. The results showed that the properties of the MgO-Cr sub(2) O sub(3)-ZrO sub(2) bricks, such as bulk density, cold crushing strength, pore distribution, are superior to those of the MgO-Cr sub(2) O sub(3) refractory. The ZrO sub(2) introduced to MgO-Cr sub(2) O sub(3)-ZrO sub(2) bricks by vacuum impregnation method were distributed in reunion in the aggregate and matrix combining site and cracks and pores of the matrix of MgO-Cr sub(2) O sub(3)-ZrO sub(2) bricks, which can significantly refine internal stomatal aperture of the bricks.
