Zusammenfassung: | A single-frequency Q-switched Er:YAG polycrystalline ceramic laser is reported for the first time. The ‘Ramp–Hold–Fire’ injection-seeding technique was employed to obtain single-frequency pulses, with an Er:YAG NPRO as a seed laser. Single-frequency laser operation was obtained with pulse energy of 4.7 mJ, pulse width of 250 ns and pulse repetition rate of 200 Hz. |
