Zusammenfassung:This work aims to analyze incubated companies through a case study, in order to prioritize sustainability criteria for technological incubators, aiming to propose improvements. Entrepreneurs should use the incubator project performance measurement method incorporating strategic demands for sustainability. This study is characterized as being descriptive and exploratory. The interview is the main data collection instrument. The field study was conducted in a technological incubator from the center of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The research used qualitative data in a first step and then measured the set variables. The criteria or most representative dimensions, considering a range of alternatives, were identified by means of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that sustainability questions are incipient. As a continuation of this research, it is suggested that the proposed model be replicated and refined in order to apply it in future studies and evaluated and in other technological incubators.
