The association of CNTNAP2 rs7794745 gene polymorphism and autism in Iranian population

Highlights • Association between CNTNAP2 polymorphism and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). • The TT genotype of CNTNAP2 may be associated with the susceptibility of Autism. • Large-scale studies are required to confirm the results of this study.
