Zusammenfassung:Between 2007 and 2010, archaeological surveys were carried out along with small excavations in the Las Perlas Archipelago of Panama. The most intensive investigations were conducted on the Pedro González Island. The following article provides a brief preliminary estimation of the chronology of pre-hispanic occupation on the island, based on radiocarbon dating. The author also discusses the ceramic artifacts found in the island, which reflect influences from the region of Gran Coclé to the west. [Revised Publication Abstract]
