Zusammenfassung: | Scaphoid fractures are the most common carpal fractures. Percutaneous fixation is a popular treatment option for nondisplaced or minimally displaced scaphoid fractures. Placement of the guidewire in the percutaneous fixation procedure often requires several attempts and adjustments with the help of intraoperative fluoroscopy. This article describes a 1-shot procedure of percutaneous fixation for acute scaphoid fracture with patient-specific guiding templates made by computer reconstructions and 3-dimensional printing technique. |
