Management of Anterior–Inferior Capsular Insufficiency of the Shoulder

Management of capsular deficiency which may be encountered during revision surgery for shoulder instability remains problematic. A technique that uses the lower half of the subscapularis to reconstruct the inferior glenohumeral ligament is described.
