Study of Scientific Research Status Quo in P.E. Colleges and Universities of Our Country and Countermeasures

This paper utilizes the methods of investigation, comparison, etc. to analyze the status quo and characteristics of scientific research in physical education colleges and universities of our country. It considers that at the present stage, the quantitative distribution of teachers in physical education colleges and universities of our country is reasonable on the whole, but there exists an obvious difference in the quality one; moreover, in each of the above colleges and universities, there is only a small amount of fund invested in scientific research, and the source of fund is rather single, the efficiency of utilization is low, and in the meantime, the encouraging mechanism for the achievements in scientific research is imperfect, too. Therefore, it sets forward some appropriate countermeasures.
