Zusammenfassung:Incessant scar‐related reentrant ventricular tachycardia is an important cause of morbidity and mortality. In patients not amenable to emergent radiofrequency catheter ablation, selective transcoronary alcohol ablation has been successfully performed. In our case study, we introduce the novel use of cardioplegia as a mapping technique for identification of the critical ventricular tachycardia isthmus to guide efficient transcoronary alcohol ablation and prevent unnecessary myocardial damage.
