Zusammenfassung: | At the design stage of complex systems we often have to address a requirement for prediction of the final dependability characterized by the system availability. One of possible solutions is an estimate based on known or estimated level of availability of single sub-systems. This approach has been used in modernization of a weapon system, when a requirement to predict the availability of new design of the system occurred. The article contains a brief survey of results achieved in solving presented problem. |
