STAT1 as a downstream mediator of ERK signaling contributes to bone cancer pain by regulating MHC II expression in spinal microglia

Highlights • MHC II was expressed on activated microglia in the spinal cord dorsal horn of BCP rats. • STAT1 is a major mediator in modulating the expression of MHC II in microglia. • Phosphorylation of STAT1 is regulated by ERK signaling under BCP condition.
