Zusammenfassung:	Branching ratios and CP noninvariance of nonleptonic rare exclusive B decays without charm particles in the final state are studied. Decay channels, such as B/sub d//sup 0/..-->..K/sup 0/phi,K/sup //sup 0/phi, B/sub s//sup 0/..-->..K-bar/sup 0/phi,K-bar/sup //sup 0/phi, B/sub d//sub ,//sub s/..-->..phiphi,K/sup 0/K-bar/sup 0/,K/sup //sup 0/ K-bar/sup 0/,K/sup 0/K-bar/sup //sup 0/,K/sup //sup 0/K-bar/sup //sup 0/, etc., that can give direct evidence for the W-loop diagrams are pointed out. Some decay modes have large (tens of percent) CP noninvariance of partial-decay-rate differences. Decays such as B/sub u//sup +/..-->..K/sup +/rho/sup 0/, K/sup +/..pi../sup +/..pi../sup -/,K/sup +/phi,K/sup +/K/sup +/K/sup -/ might be of special interest because of the simplicity in the origin of their CP noninvariance and in their experimental detectability.
