Zusammenfassung: | Energy levels of ions moving along crystal channels are considered. The approach is via an effective Hamiltonian. The calculations are related to an experiment in which resonant coherent excitation of channeled ions was measured. The systems under consideration are 44.16-MeV N/sup 6 +/ and 38.28-MeV O/sup 7 +/ ions in the channel of an 850-A-thick Au crystal. The distributions of the transition energies were generated by the Monte Carlo method: All possible values of the impact parameter were taken into account. The obtained results are in very good agreement with the results of the experiment. |
