Zusammenfassung:	This paper aims to focus on the usability evaluation of two interactive and popular cloud PaaS (Platform as a Service) providers namely Microsoft Azure and Appharbor. Usability evaluation has been carried out in two stages: Performance evaluation is carried out by taking CPU Utilization, Memory Usage and Disk Seeking Rate as essential parameters and in next stage customer satisfaction is measured by considering user feedback mechanism based on Interview and Questionnaire method.
