Zusammenfassung: | The bubble critical breakup size of microcellular foam injection molding part surface was analyzed based on the Taylor droplet deformation theory and the relationship between bubble critical breakup size and surface roughness was illustrated.Analysis results show that the bubble critical breakup size is in the same order of magnitude as the surface roughness value.And they are positively correlated.Thus controlling the bubble critical breakup size can be an efficient way to reduce the surface roughness,and can be a theoretical guidance of improving surface quality by changing the processing parameters. |
