Zusammenfassung:A surface fabrication method based on soft‐lithography with inorganic polymer is developed for superior boiling heat transfer performance. Porous and nonporous micropillars are fabricated with selective control of wettability in designed manner. This method is expected to substitute pervious metal and silicon based methods with a cost‐effective material and simple fabrication process.
