Zusammenfassung:Literature data regarding the presence/absence of the land snail Discus rotundatus (O. F. Muller, 1774) in Croatia are discussed, occasioned by its finding on the island of Rab. A second species found on Rab, the freshwater snail Helisoma duryi (Wetherby, 1879), is recorded in this paper for the first time in Croatia.
