Zusammenfassung:Central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) is an incompletely understood condition in which a primary dysfunction of the choriocapillaris, retinal pigment epithelium, or both causes a detachment of the neurosensory retina. We report the first case of CSCR as a complication of strabismus surgery and explore pathogenic mechanisms.
