Case 39-2016: A 74-Year-Old Man with Rectal Bleeding and a History of Prostate Cancer

A 74-year-old man with a history of prostate cancer presented with rectal bleeding of 6 months' duration. Examination revealed a rectal mass. A diagnostic procedure was performed, and management decisions were made. Presentation of Case Dr. Theodore S. Hong: A 74-year-old man with a history of prostate cancer that had been treated with brachytherapy was seen in an outpatient clinic of this hospital because of rectal bleeding of 6 months’ duration.
