The objective of this study is to evaluate several outcomes for children and adolescents with DD diagnosis, including psychiatric disorders, suicide ideation and attempts, general medical conditions, and global functioning in a prospective 30-year follow-up. Methods: Children and adolescents (N = 158; mean age of first interview = 19.3 years) were followed for up to 30 years (mean age of last interview + 47.3 years) and evaluated 4.8 (SD 1.1) times on average during this period.
