Localization, expression and role of Orexin A and its receptor in testes of neonatal mice

Highlights • The study shows presence of OXA and OX1R in testis of neonatal mice. • SB-334867 treatment down-regulates expression of testicular development markers. • Binding of OXA to OX1R is important for development of male gonad.
