Zusammenfassung:	Abstract Adductor canal block (ACB) has recently emerged as an alternative to femoral nerve block for pain control after various knee procedures especially knee arthroplasty. In this review article, we will review the anatomy of adductor canal, sonoanatomy, and ultrasound-guided approach for ACB as well as review current evidence regarding the indications of the ACB.
