Zusammenfassung: | Highlights • Old and frail patients without it-experience were motivated and capable of using technology, and relatives were co-users. • Acceptability of the solution was good; however, there were technology challenges related to immaturity of the out-of hospital app version. • The patients reported increased appetite, intake and energy level; and increased muscle strength, better depression scores and health related quality of life was indicated. • Older patients were exhausted and this, as well as the nature of the intervention, represented a challenge to inclusion and retention of participants |
