Zusammenfassung: | The article describes the principles of composite material creation for friction units based on the binder phenylone C-2 filled with the modified polytetrafluoroethylene and inorganic nanoadditives, natural minerals dispersed to the colloidal state. Conducted tribological tests allow optimization of the composition of the nanocomposites. Spectroscopic studies of the tribocontact surface and the friction transfer film confirmed the high efficiency of the proposed approach using hybrid composites with nanoadditives. This increases the structural strength of the composite material and the friction film formed on the friction surface gives a high wear resistance and good anti-friction properties to the tribological conjunction. |
