Asymmetry between lower limbs during rested and fatigued state running gait in healthy individuals

Highlights • Differences in commonly assessed right & left measures indicates that symmetry cannot be assumed. • Knee mechanics appear to become more asymmetrical with fatigue. • Variables previously associated with overuse injuries were found to be asymmetrical.
