Zusammenfassung:A tendency to an increase in groundwater resources, which is associated with changes in the climatic and technological situation in the catchment areas, is traced. It is shown that the degree of disturbance of groundwater runoff regime should be taken into account when assessing and mapping the groundwater resources. An example of assessing the minimal mean monthly natural groundwater resources of a 95% probability in the Moscow Region is considered.
