Co-prime Sensing-Based Frequency Estimation Using Reduced Single-Tone Snapshots

In the paper, we propose a co-prime sensing-based frequency estimator by combining a simplified procedure of the Chinese remainder theorem and a phase-difference spectrum corrector. This estimator can accurately extract the frequency information from two adjacent snapshots after initialization. Some...

Zusammenfassung:In the paper, we propose a co-prime sensing-based frequency estimator by combining a simplified procedure of the Chinese remainder theorem and a phase-difference spectrum corrector. This estimator can accurately extract the frequency information from two adjacent snapshots after initialization. Some theoretical deductions and performance analysis are also presented. Numerical results show that the proposed estimator is robust to insufficient snapshots and noise.
