Zusammenfassung:	The patient's symptoms and initial imaging results directed the original diagnosis toward hemorrhagic stroke, but this conclusion proved incorrect. A 65-year-old man presented with a 1-week history of dull headache, nausea, and vomiting. His medical history was significant for long-term hypertension and stage lB lung adenocarcinoma. He had undergone lobectomy 6 months earlier. Here, Yu-Hsiang et al discuss the assessment and treatment of patient with hemorrhagic brain metastasis.
