Zusammenfassung: | Highlights • We bonded Indocyanine Green to gold nanoshells GGS by the interaction between metallic nanomaterials and the excited state fluorophores of ICG to produce dipoles behavior. • Due to the lack of an effective and complete response for cervix cancer to conventional therapies, this study was performed on the HeLa cell line derived from cervix cancer. • The conjugate provided a synergism between PDT and PTT. So, it is suggested the conjugate be considered as an effective agent for PTT and/or PDT. |
