Zusammenfassung: | Eijsvogels and Thompson talk about physical activity which is associated with reduced risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer, and dementia in a dose-dependent fashion. Several studies have assessed the minimum amount of physical activity needed to provide cardiovascular benefits.
