[...]novel medical therapies for this cohort would be clinically useful. Overall, these data suggest that inflammasome function is vital in driving colitis-associated cancer with impaired O-glycosylation.\n The presented observational study indicates that vitamin D status is a potential independent risk factor for worse IBD outcomes and should therefore be monitored and treated.
