Zusammenfassung: | Purpose: This study examined the effect of two length of tapering period on concentration of plasma interlrukin-6, cortisol and performance in the elite male wrestler .Material: After completing 4 weeks of the progressive training exercise, the subjects was randomly divided into three equal groups. 1- tapering one week (N = 10) which continued with a 75% reduction in training volume for one week 2- tapering three weeks (N = 10) which continued with a 75% reduction in volume of training for three weeks. 3- Control group (N= 10) which continued performing the progressive weekly training volume for one week. Blood interlukine-6 and cortisol levels were assayed from analysis obtained via standard ELISA. Also General strength muscle was recorded. All data were collected before and after progressive training and also after one week and three week tapering period. Result :There was significant reduction interleukin-6 levels between both of tapering groups with control group (P[< or =]0.05).There was significant reduction cortisol levels between tapering one week and control group (P[< or =]0.05). Also there was significant increase General strength muscle between one week tapering and control group (P[< or =]0.05).Conclusion: one week tapering with 75% reduction in training volume is more effective strategy. Also, it seems that shorter tapering (one week) when the intensity kept high before main competition is suitable method to compare with longer tapering (three week) in elite male wrestler.Original Abstract: Svrha: Ovo istrazivanje ispituje ucinak dvije duzine razdoblja suzenja na koncentraciju plazme interleukin-6, kortizol i izvedbu elitnih muskih hrvaca. Materijal: Nakon zavrsetka 4 tjedna progresivnih vjezbi, ispitanici su podijeljeni u tri jednake grupe: 1- suzenje tijekom jednog tjedna (N = 10), koje je nastavilo sa smanjenjem od 75% u volumenu treninga za jedan tjedan, 2 - suzenje tijekom tri tjedna (N = 10) koje je nastavilo sa smanjenjem od 75% u volumenu treninga za tri tjedna, 3 kontrolna skupina (N = 10), koja je nastavila s obavljanjem progresivnog tjednog volumen treninga tijekom tjedan dana. Krv, interleukin-6 i kortizol razine ispitani su analizom dobivenih pomocu standardnog ELISA testa. Takoder, test opce misicne snage je zabiljezen. Svi podaci prikupljeni su prije i poslije progresivnog treninga i nakon tjedan dana i tri tjedna suzenja. Rezultat: Postojalo je znacajno smanjenje interleukina-6 u serumu izmedu obje skupine suzenja s kontrolnom |
