Zusammenfassung:We report a new spiropyran-based fluorescent probe that exhibits high affinity and specificity towards Aβ oligomers both in vitro and in vivo . This probe can penetrate the blood brain barrier and specifically target Aβ oligomers in the brains of transgenic mice in models for Alzheimer's disease. A fluorescent probe for the specific detection of Aβ oligomers in Alzheimer's disease both in vitro and in vivo was developed.
