Zusammenfassung:In order to utilize the Earthquake Early Warning more effectively in a high-rise building, functions to estimate a ground motion amplification of a building and long-period response in a building have been added to the Earthquake Early Warning system. The methodology to estimate these responses was verified by observed records in buildings, and the practical example of operation during the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake was introduced.
