Zusammenfassung: | The graphene/0.8BaFe sub(12)O sub(19)/0.2Y sub(3)Fe sub( 5)O sub(12) nanocomposite was successfully prepared by a deoxidation technique. The phase composition, morphology and electromagnetic properties of the samples were detected by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman, vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and vector network analyzer (VNA). The electromagnetic parameters of the graphene/0.8BaFe sub(12)O sub(19)/0.2Y sub(3)Fe sub( 5)O sub(12) nanocomposite were investigated in the 2-18 GHz range. The experimental results show that the as-prepared graphene/0.8BaFe sub(12)O sub(19)/0.2Y sub(3)Fe sub( 5)O sub(12) nanocomposite exhibits better microwave absorbing properties than the 0.8BaFe sub(12)O sub(19)/0.2Y sub(3)Fe sub(5)O sub(12) nanocomposite. The reflection loss values of graphene/0.8BaFe sub(12)O sub(19)/0.2Y sub(3)Fe sub( 5)O sub(12) nanocomposite less than -10 dB is obtained in the frequency of 4.6-8.2 GHz and the value of minimum reflection loss is -41.5 dB at 6.5 GHz. |
