P-14: Narrow Bezel FFS-mode De-mux LCD with the ESL type a-IGZO TFT

A 5.5 inches narrow bezel FFS‐mode De‐mux LCD was developed with the ESL type a‐IGZO TFTs. Those displays have de‐mux functions can narrow the bezel and reduce the number of ICs on the display. The Ion/Ioff of the ESL type TFTs are more than 109.
