Zusammenfassung:	In order to understand the importance of vegetables in the transmission of thermophilic Campylobacter, 56 samples of different vegetables were screened. Out of these, 2 samples (1 spinach and 1 fenugreek) revealed the presence of Campylobacter jejuni biotype I. Both the isolates were enteropathogenic in rat ileal loop test.
