Zusammenfassung:The study aimed at assessing the presence and diversity of microorganisms in swine and sheep carcases during trading. As a result of the investigation it was determined that the contamination of the carcases with the more common bacterial flora of the orden is external and takes place immediately after the slaughter of the animal with the predominance of types of microorganisms such e. coli and streptococcal microbial form.
