Zusammenfassung:Purpose To evaluate the effect of selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) on ocular biomechanics as measured with the ocular response analyzer (ORA, AMETEK Inc. and Reichert Inc.). Methods In a prospective case series, 52 eyes of 52 patients (aged 66.6 ± 9.6 years) with insufficient intraocular pressure (IOP) control despite maximum tolerated medical therapy underwent SLT (Solo™ SLT, Ellex Inc.) for further IOP reduction. Goldmann‐correlated IOP (IOPg), corneal‐compensated IOP (IOPcc), corneal hysteresis (CH) and the corneal resistance factor (CRF) were measured with the ORA prior to and at least 4 weeks following SLT. Results IOPg decreased statistically significantly from 18.0 ± 6.4 to 14.8 ± 3.8 mmHg and IOPcc from 20.2 ± 6.5 to 16.7 ± 3.4 mmHg (p
